The Timmer GmbH also offers special solutions in the field of vacuum technology. The below mentioned spray nozzle is just a representative example of many customized special solutions which whe have already manufactured.
Example: Spray Nozzle for finest misting
Finest misting of many fluids is a standard application of many nozzle systems.Typically, the fluid to be miste dis highly pressurized so the misting occurs when the fluid leaves the nozzle. However, the technical realization of corresponding pressures by high-pressure pumps and tubing systems is complex and expensive.
Furthermore, some applications deal with pressure-sensitive chemicals that need to be sprayed. With the new, exclusively powered by compressed air valve, Timmer offers a significant simplification and cost-reduction. Similar to the water jet pump used in chemistry classes, the energy of a streaming fluid (i.e. compressed air) is used to suck in a liquid. Due to the nozzle’s geometry, the new nozzle also enables finest misting. For example, water can be misted so fine in a circular way that wetting of the floor is avoided. Typical application is the fine misting of a compound which is solved in water, in which a fully automatical function with variable and steplessly adjustable misting intervals is achieved due to the centrally installed controls. As an example fort he application range, the fine misting of deodorants in garbage chutes, of immune system activators in pig stables, of oil for lubricating of a tool, as well as liquids for air conditioning have to be mentioned.

Application example: Stabling Technology
Problem:
Finest misting of a compound solved in water.
Solution: In the stable, Timmer spray nozzles are installed along with a tubing system. The required compressor is connected to the system and the centrally installed controls enable a fully automatical function with variable and steplessly adjustable misting intervals.
